So much gratitude fills my heart.
To think 4 years ago I couldn’t touch myself for my pleasure?!
I couldn’t breath?! Move?! WOW!!!
What a wild ride it has been…?!
In the build up to going on air I was scared… but I was also excited… and I ultimately had amazing fun!
I was not trying… I was just being myself!
I shared from my experience and my truth.
I shared my mastery.
I spoke from my heart, my womb and my pussy.
This journey has been 4 years of hard core Evolution on SPEED!
An excavation of the SOUL – internal journeying, Sacred Sexuality, shadow work & deep embodied Practise.
Thats what Tantra is… It is a practise! A practise that transformed my life!
As I share on radio too…
“Tantra goes so far beyond the physical it’s ridiculous!
We are dealing with LIFE-FORCE energy…”
When we learn how to weave and channel this energy into every area of our life EVERYTHING within us and around us gets effected in profound, positive and productive ways!
Therefore, Tantra becomes ‘a way of life’!
A practise that encompasses Mind. Body and Spirit!
It is wholistic and all encompassing!
For myself it all began with a journey of remembering that started with a course called Dancing Eros (Introduction to my feminine energy) that led to Orgasmic Hearts, where I both Assisted and Facilitated (my Kundalini awakening!) that led to birthing my own Goddess.
Claiming my own unique Goddess In-Body , Tantra Ella.
So many other offerings in between. Too many to list…
All encompassing – Mind. Body. Spirit.
I was a total ‘Spirit-Junkie’ of constant and consistent learning, growth, enlightenment and deep embodied practise.
A melding of medicines…
A blending of masculine finally meets, and makes space for, the divine feminine energy…
I was sprung from the depths… a place of pain and massive contraction. And finally I give birth to myself as vitality, pleasure and expansion!
(The Lotus flower comes to mind here)
AND…
I am cyclic in nature. Constantly ebbing and flowing. Like the tide.
So… No attachment. No judgment. To any of it…
Just bring myself back to the core:
Intention. Breath. Sound. & Movement! – FOREVER…
Come back to this… Each minute. Each moment. Each day.
Brothers… Sisters….
I am not perfect… I do not need to be.
Instead I stand true and beautiful owning and claiming my perfect imperfections.
As do you!
I am not the most intelligent… Nor do I profess to be.
But I do channel a truth and wisdom from the depths of my being that far surpasses this lifetime and many others. It comes from beyond my cognitive mind but from the depths of me…
It is intrinsic as the air I breath… It is my ‘IS-NESS’.
As do you!
It is the effortlessness.
The flow.
The grace.
The ease.
It is that which comes so naturally that we think rationally to ourselves…
“This can’t possibly be valuable?!… It’s TOO EASY!!!”
Beauty…
THAT IS YOUR GREATEST POWER!!!
THAT IS YOUR GREATEST STRENGTH!!!
That which comes naturally!
No push… Just Be-ing-ness…
I will BE what I BE – to DO what I DO – and HAVE what I HAVE as a result of simply being!
This is the natural state of ‘human-ness’. ‘Ease and grace’
BEAUTY!
It is your DUTY to find, align and channel that which pulses in your veins and allows you to shine your light BRIGHT so that others may have permission to do the same!
It is essential that you choose to STEP UP and let go!
That you GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION to say YES to you FIRST and stretch outside the realms of what is comfortable for you so that you might grow and expand to feel the fullness and greatness of your very being!
No matter the FEAR!
And there will always be fear!
Because…
You WILL FALL!
WE ALL WILL!
This is inevitable.
Still…
We must keep getting up and brushing ourselves off…
We must be brave… Be courageous.
We must keep remembering who we innately are.
We must realign to that which is our deepest core desired feelings. Our deepest truth.
We must re-epower from this place of innate knowing and alignment – held by our highest self. Our Integrity. and our Tribe.
It is your mission to BE, DO & HAVE all that you are destined to be, do and have on this planet…
NOW … Present time!
It’s a GIFT!
For YOU!
For ME!
For US!!! The human race!
YOU are IMPORTANT!
YOU are DESERVING!
YOU MATTER!!!
You are WANTED!
You are WELCOME!
YOU are LOVED!
And you… CHOSE to be here…
We, humanity, are waiting for your IMPACT!

We get this one chance.
Here.
Now.
The PRESENT MOMENT…
